Due to the nature of our services, all payments made are final and non-refundable. Once work has begun, resources, labor, and materials are allocated specifically to your project and cannot be recovered or reused.

We encourage all clients to review the scope of work, expectations, and any project details carefully prior to approving and scheduling services. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction and will always make reasonable efforts to address concerns related to the agreed-upon scope of work.

Gamboa Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or prior damage discovered during or after the restoration process that were not visible or disclosed prior to work beginning.
